Ok, so apparently they change NYS Law to require Real Estate Agents to take a 75 hour course in June 2008. Since I took the 45 hour course before they changed the law and did not associate myself (my own fault) with a broker, I need to take a 30 hour remedial course in order to get my license. Luckily, I am able to take this course online, I just have to take the school test in person, which is not a big deal. However, I did have to spend another 155 buck in order to do so. :-\

- I am one of the newest part-time sales associates in the Century 21 American Homes’ Levittown office. I graduated in 2006 from St. John’s University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Currently, I am working on my Master’s degree in Information, Network, and Computer Security. I also work full-time as a web developer for a company in New York City. Previously, I worked for Old Navy as a Sales Associate and Front End Supervisor for six years. Both jobs have allowed me to obtain an insight into customer service and has helped me to make pleasing the client his number one priority. I will make sure I do everything in my power to see to it that the client receives the best service while helping them through the process of finding their new home.
